Dr. Catherine Hart, MD

Dr. Hart has had a longstanding interest in maximizing human performance and health through nutrition, movement and overall lifestyle. A competitive runner and alpine skier she represented Nova Scotia at the Canada Games and was recruited onto the Varsity Track Team at Dalhousie where she completed her Bachelor of Science with a double major in Biochemistry and
Chemistry and went on to complete her MD in 2019.

She also completed a Certificate in Plant Based Nutrition at Cornell School of Medicine. She is a
certified Yoga instructor and is currently studying Naturopathic Medicine at the Canadian College of Naturopathic Medicine. Dr. Hart has a passion for nutrition and was part of the development team for a Canadian made organic plant-based meal replacement, currently being sold across Canada. Catherine is interested in using personalized nutrition and lifestyle to maximize human performance as well as to prevent and treat chronic health conditions.

Dr. Hart is most interested in assisting patients to meet their individual goals maximize their potential and well-being.
