Ryan is a certified personal and group fitness coach that has worked both in the USA and
Canada. He has worked specifically with long distance runners, professional athletes, and
weekend warriors of all types. Although his experience is varied, his approach is consistent
throughout – if you’re not having fun, you’re doing it wrong.
When he’s not in the gym or the park lawn with his athletes, you’ll find him on the golf course
or at the movies. And if you look real hard, you might even see him on TV from time to time.
Having grown up right here in Halifax, Ryan brings home over 20 years experience from
California and Toronto, and hopes to shine a big bright light on the benefits of movement for
anyone and everyone that wants to feel empowered, but also the positive mentality that keeps
us coming back for more, no matter the set backs – fall down 7 times, get up 8.
