Jess grew up in Ontario, and was always very involved in athletics. Her passion for sport led her to the East Coast to pursue a Degree in Human Kinetics from St. Francis Xavier University and a position on the Varsity Track and Field team. Jess suffered from an injury that ultimately led her to Osteopathy, and a desire to enter the profession after being fascinated by its ability to treat the body as a unit.

Jess completed her Masters in Practice Diploma of Osteopathic Manipulative Sciences (M.OMSc) at the Canadian Academy of Osteopathy in Hamilton, ON. Jess is excited to call Nova Scotia home again, and thrilled to be offering Osteopathic treatment in the HRM. Outside of the clinic, Jess enjoys spending time outside with her two goldens Ellie and Kaeo!
